The AIDP Platform (this hosted service) is proprietary software owned and operated by AIDP.

Terms of Use

Permitted Use:

• ✅ Access analytics and insights

• ✅ Integrate via API with valid API key

• ✅ Use SDKs and client libraries

• ✅ Implement MCP integration

Restrictions:

• ❌ Reverse engineer the platform

• ❌ Resell access without partnership agreement

• ❌ Scrape or abuse the service

• ❌ Violate rate limits or terms of service

Data Ownership:

• You retain ownership of your business data

• AIDP has license to display and distribute your data to AI platforms

• You can export or delete your data at any time

Privacy:

• Data encryption in transit and at rest
